By accessing or using StKrAt (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
StKrAt is a free creative tool that allows users to create stickers and animated GIFs from photos and videos, browse and purchase curated sticker packs using a virtual currency called Stamps, and export creations to third-party messaging platforms. The App is provided as a progressive web application accessible through modern web browsers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StKrAt. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Certain features of the App require registration. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the in-app account settings.
You retain ownership of the stickers, GIFs, and other content you create using StKrAt. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share, and you represent that you have all necessary rights to any photos, videos, or other materials you upload. You agree not to create or share content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
StKrAt offers curated sticker packs purchasable with Stamps, a virtual currency earned through rewarded advertisements or other promotional activities. Stamps have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchased sticker packs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Sticker pack authors and administrators are responsible for the content they publish.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App; (c) use automated systems to access or scrape the App; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks; (e) create content that infringes third-party rights; (f) circumvent any content protection measures implemented by the App; or (g) resell or redistribute sticker packs purchased through the App.
StKrAt, including its design, code, branding, and curated sticker packs, is owned by Dezemedesigne and protected by intellectual property laws. The App's name, logo, and visual design are trademarks of Dezemedesigne. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent, except to refer to the App in a descriptive manner.
The App integrates with third-party services including messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Snapchat, Telegram, and others), advertising networks, and AI processing libraries. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties, and your use of their services is at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Background removal and other AI-powered features are provided on a best-effort basis and may not produce perfect results in all cases. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dezemedesigne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, which is typically zero as the App is free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
